Prairie View Skilled Nursing is a sixty- bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Bloomfield, MO, and is locally owned, operated and managed. We are focused on the delivery of high-quality, long-term care and post-acute care services.
Designed for individuals who can no longer live independently, our long-term care services provide complete support with bathing, dressing, eating, medication management, restorative therapy, and more, plus access to around-the-clock medical care and assistance. Your loved ones will receive specialized care in a nurturing, welcoming environment and benefit from the responsiveness of a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, and therapists. Our Post-acute care provides a range of medical care services that support the individual's continued recovery from illness or injury, or management of a chronic illness or disability. Post-acute care includes rehabilitation or palliative services that residents receive after a hospital stay. We reserve private rooms for your recovery! With a philosophy that all people should be treated with dignity and respect, our Nursing Center values individuality. And we are committed to supplying person-centered care and an enriching quality of life to each resident, while providing their families with complete peace of mind. This means that everything we do is focused on your loved one’s comfort and care. |

Our Nursing Center offers long-term skilled nursing care, as well as short-term rehabilitation stays where the resident's goal is returning home. We work closely with the family and our alliance of community medical professionals to meet the specific needs of each resident.
Our values are the cornerstones that guide us. We emphasize quality care, compassion, and respect and encourage communication between residents, families, medical providers, caregivers, and staff to build a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship to facilitate your loved ones success.
