Gideon Care Center is a family owned and operated seventy-two bed resident facility located in a quiet Gideon, Missouri residential neighborhood.

The original home opened by Doran and Wanda Vancil in 1990, the flagship of all the Paradigm Communities, Gideon Care Center has a history of quality long term care services that are unmatched by our competitors.

With a philosophy that all people should be treated with dignity and respect, our Care Center values individuality. And we are committed to supplying person-centered care and an enriching quality of life to each resident, while providing their families with complete peace of mind.

Our Care Center offers long-term skilled nursing care, as well as short-stay rehabilitation with the resident's goal of returning home. We work closely with the family and our alliance of community medical professionals to meet the specific needs of each resident.
