ABOUT PARADIGM SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Beginning with the Gideon Care Center community in 1990, there are now six communities in Missouri composed of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. Each of our communities maintain the mission laid out by the original founders Doran and Wanda Vancil more than 31 years ago:
"Provide seniors in rural communities a quality of life in a comfortable environment close to home"
Our company continues to be a family owned and operated business and in 2016 Ben Sells, the grandson of our founders, who has worked in long-term care his entire life and whose family has always had a footprint in the industry established Paradigm Senior Management. The emphasis of Paradigm is to manage the existing Missouri communities and pursue additional developments. Paradigm continues to focuses its growth in smaller markets, taking over centers that may need a face-lift or additional operational attention in rural markets that larger companies do not see the benefit of competing in; and also build new locations in these rural markets.
Long term care is often sub-par in rural communities. At Paradigm, we are striving to set the new standard of quality in these communities. Our goal is to shift quality in Senior Living to a new spectrum using new ideas and innovation for senior care and staff development to provide "a touch of care with a touch of class".
