Annie’s Garden Skilled Nursing is a 75- bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Sikeston, MO, and is locally owned, operated and managed out of Dexter, Missouri. Beautifully designed and decorated to feel like home, Annie’s Garden was also constructed for functionality to ensure individuals who can no longer live independently are safe and comfortable. We are focused on the delivery of superior long-term care and post-acute care services.

Our long-term care services provide complete support with bathing, dressing, eating, medication management, restorative therapy, and more, plus access to around-the-clock medical care and assistance. 

Our post-acute care provides a range of medical care services that support the individual's continued recovery from illness or injury, or management of a chronic illness or disability. Post-acute care includes rehabilitation or palliative services that residents receive after a hospital stay.

Our in-house therapy team is second to none, delivering unmatched quality and personalized care. With dedicated physical, occupational, and speech therapists on site, we ensure seamless communication, faster response times, and consistent progress toward your recovery.
